The Liberal Racist Template by Randy Wyles Executive Editor Special Ops and News.com 14 September 2009 So, Maureen Dowd - the attractive redhead from the New York Times, who writes fairly well for a big league columnist - thinks that U.S. Representative Joe Wilson of South Carolina is a racist because he called Obama a liar during Barry's snake oil sales pitch to Congress last week. Well, she's entitled to her opinion - hypocritical and narrow-minded as it may be. Any time I hear such tripe, I wondered what would happen if you laid the condemning liberal template against a liberal outburst or commentary. Had the "You Lie" heckle been from a black congressman from up north against George W. Bush - oh, wait a second - that happened, more than a few times. And don't give me that cock and bull about how it was during the messiah's holy sermon on the Hill, therefore everyone should sit on their hands and face Mecca in prayer while Barry sells insurance. Wilson did just what millions of American's across the nation did at that moment as they watched Obama lie from the bully pulpit. He yelled back - "You Lie!"Of course illegal aliens will get free health care - they already do - just like ACORN already teaches lawbreakers how to get around those pesky taxes by calling hookers "performing artists" on IRS forms. Only now, it'll be sanctioned, with instruction in Spanish - and you won't even have to "Press One." But let's return to the question at hand and take it a little further. What if Joe Wilson had been a black man from up north, rather than a white man from a southern state where the loudest blacks, busy pouting, boycott anything not labeled "Obama approved"? Strange as some blacks may think it is, there are black people - a lot of black people - who don't think Barack Obama is the right man for the job and believe he is leading America straight down the path of destruction. U.S. Senate candidate Michael Williams of Texas, U.S. Senate candidate Ryan Frazier of Colorado, U.S. Senate candidate, Dr. Marion Thorpe of Florida and U.S. Senate candidate Eric Wallace of Barry's home state (or so we've been told) of Illinois are all black men who oppose the Obama policy's and philosophies. And they are only four of at least 19 candidates for office around the country - check out HipHopRepublicans.com for more information. What if one of these people had yelled out against Barry? Would they be called "racists" - or would it somehow be OK? I don't know if they would have yelled out because I've never met these individuals. I only know what I've read them publish or what's been written about them - and I've seen many of them speak out in no-uncertain-terms against Barry & Company. I also know is that most liberals - and for that matter, many minorities - can be some of the most racist people on the planet. I recently had a conversation with a man in Atlanta - a black man - who told me that, while he understood and agreed with my opinion, I didn't really have a right to it because I'm not black. Really? I had told him that I felt that blacks who are appalled by southerners who still honor their ancestors from the Civil War should get a life and, while they're at it, remember what one comedian once said - "I don't own any, you ain't one - so get over it." "Whoa," said the guy I was talking to, "You can't say that. I can but you can't." "Why?" I asked, knowing the answer that was coming. "Because you're not black...you don't understand," he replied. Actually. I do understand. I understand that our society has two sets of rules. If you're black there's no way in hell you can be racist. If you're white, then you're naturally born a racist - isn't that basically what the rules are? Sorry, Rep. Wilson, you were born white, therefore, you must be a racist. Perhaps next time you can stand next to a black man yelling "Liar" at Obama and just nod and say, "Yeah, what he said." Of course, you'll still be labeled a racist by people like the good-looking, mediocre writer from the New York Times.
